The Architectural Committee
The committee shall review and approve the propsed plans and specifications for all new structures, including but not limited to residences, fences, patios/decks, sports courts, satellite dishes and play structures.
Similarly, no exterior addition or alteration shall be made to an existing Structure until plans and specifications showing the nature, location, dimensions and materials of the proposed addition or alteration have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Committee, including any change to the exterior colors of a residence.

To Submit Your Request Simply Follow The Process Outlined Below

Send a package to Morris Management, a
minimum of 45 days in advance of the proposed change. The following information should be included;
Lot #
Name
Description of what you would like to do
Location of structure upon the lot
Eleveation of structure with reference to existing and finished grade
Exterior design, including driveways, walkways and patios
Interior design (layout)
Exterior finish materials and colors
Roof design and materials
